Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve a training seat.
Full payment must be received according to the payment terms associated with the selected training program.
Failure to submit payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of enrollment.
Refund Policy
All deposits, course fees, tuition payments, and online training purchases are subject to The Waxing Institute's Return & Refund Policy.
By enrolling in any course, students acknowledge and agree to the terms of the published Return & Refund Policy.
Attendance & Participation
Students are expected to attend scheduled training sessions and participate professionally.
The Waxing Institute reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, or detrimental to the learning environment.
No refunds will be issued for removal due to misconduct.
Certification
Certificates of Completion are issued only to students who successfully complete the requirements of the selected training program.
Certification does not guarantee employment, licensing, business success, or income.
Students are responsible for understanding and complying with any local regulations, licensing requirements, or professional standards applicable in their jurisdiction.
Online Training Programs
Online training content, videos, manuals, presentations, and educational materials are intended solely for the registered student.
Sharing, reproducing, distributing, recording, or reselling course materials is strictly prohibited.
Access to online content may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms.
Intellectual Property
