Return & Refund Policy

The Waxing Institute is committed to providing high-quality professional beauty education and certification programs. Due to the nature of educational services, training materials, digital content, scheduling commitments, and limited class availability, all course purchases are subject to the following policy.

Training Program Purchases

All course registrations, tuition payments, deposits, and enrollment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once a student has enrolled in a certification program, a training seat is reserved and educational resources, administrative processing, instructor scheduling, and course materials may be prepared in advance.

For this reason, refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Failure to attend training

  • Failure to complete training

  • Personal circumstances

  • Travel-related issues

  • Employment changes

  • Lack of participation

Deposits

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a training seat and secure a training date.

Deposits are used to cover administrative costs, student preparation, instructor scheduling, and training resource allocation.

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Course Transfers

Requests to transfer to another available training date may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and may be subject to administrative fees and availability.

Online Training Programs

Due to immediate access to digital materials, downloadable resources, video lessons, and educational content, all online training purchases are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for online training programs.

Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for reviewing all course information, requirements, dates, and policies prior to enrollment.

By enrolling in a training program, students acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy.

Course Cancellations By The Waxing Institute

In the unlikely event that The Waxing Institute cancels a scheduled training program, students may be offered:

  • A transfer to a future training date, or

  • A full refund of tuition paid

This applies only to cancellations initiated by The Waxing Institute.
